Rustic private home in a quiet town of Chemung NY

Come to upstate New York and stay in a rustic cabin like-private home in a small, friendly town. Child and pet friendly. Casinos, racetracks, golf courses are all within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. Other attractions include wineries, ski slopes, lakes, playgrounds for children, swimming, boating, hiking trails, waterfalls and picnic areas. Shopping areas are within a 10 minute ride. You need a car to get around here. Parking is easy. No parking allowed on sides of roads. The space You can see from the photos that there is lots of space but it also gives off a cozy feeling. The hardwood floors on the first floor makes it easy to live in with no worries about staining carpets. The kitchen is compact and easy to use. You walk out to front and back yards complete with tree shaded areas. The enclosed front porch is used as a 4th bedroom and is quite chilly in cold months. Race track season is jammed here. Book early and relax knowing you have Chemung Speedrome within walking distance. It’s an ideal location. And it’s only a 15 minute drive to Tioga Downs casino with horse racing in the spring Guest access You’ll have access to entire home including front and back yard with grill and outdoor seating. Lots of space to move about. Set up a badminton court to have some outdoor fun. Kids playground located a short walk up the street. Other things to note If you’re bringing boats, race cars, 4 wheelers, or campers there is plenty of flat parking space. 2 Bedrooms are on the second floor accessible via stairs. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. I am open to longer than 30 day stays but I need to speak with you first. Sometimes family is staying and they can usually be rearranged with some advance notice
