We use it for supplies for the cleaning team. Other things to note Note: We are located in the midst of the hustle and bustle of downtown (especially during Padres games) and near a trolley stop. The doors and windows have good noise cancellation, but light sleepers take note. Ive lived in the unit for 6 years and have not had a problem. The building’s front pedestrian access is located near the trolley stop so you are right in the middle of the comings and going of a downtown in Southern California. Guests that prefer a quieter entrance can also enter from the other side of the building and walk through the courtyard. The underground garage is secure and linked to the unit via elevator. Long-term guests (30 days or more) with a confirmed reservation are required to sign a lease to cover the duration of your stay, required by the HOA.
