The space Property is designed to allow guests to relax and play in different areas or all together when desired. All bedrooms and living room have smart tvs. Board and card games for both adults and children. Ping pong table, cornhole, and a hammock in front and back yard. Inground firepit perfect for a glass of wine and the sunset or even s'mores. Built in barbeque area with dining for six and another two seats at the bar. New saltwater pebble pool and hot tub, and unique outdoor shower beneath the palms. Hotel quality beds and bedding - One en suite bedroom with King bed and one guest bedroom with Queen bed in the main house; King bed in the Casita - all high end Tempur-pedic Luxeadapt mattresses and Marriott linens Mini-splits in each bedroom and in the main living areas ensure that while your travel mates prefer one temperature, you don't need to either freeze or contemplate whether you will fit in the freezer ;) Fully stocked kitchen with dual ovens and a professional range. Between the kitchen and the outside grill, you can easily do one store run nearby and never need to leave again all week. Full house water softener for mineral content. Guest access Full access except for garage and one small closet in main house. Other things to note The hot tub is heated year round with no additional fee. It can be set up to 104. The pool tends to stay warm without needing additional heat in the summer months from about mid May to mid October most years. The pool can be heated with 2 days advance notice and a nightly fee of $110.00 applied for the entirety of the stay for stays of less than 29 nights. For stays of 29 nights or longer, please contact me to discuss as the amount would be based on usage. While we can provide a pack n play it is portable/folding and there is not a standard crib. Please advise us 5 days prior to arrival if needed as it is stored offsite.
