Charming 1350 Sq foot elevated house nestled between 2 large pecan trees. The house has been completely renovated, literally from the ground up. Modern kitchen with all new appliances. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and house has central heating and AC. Both bathrooms have dual vanity mirrors and large walk-in showers. House comes with high speed WiFi and smart TV's. The yard is fully fenced to bring a small or medium sized dog with small pet fee added. Lake-View from our balcony. The space The house has been lifted 14-feet off the ground. The kitchen has composite counter-tops and brand new appliances. Lots of kitchen storage with pull out pantry shelves. This cozy house has high speed Wifi, 4 wall mounted TV's, one in each bedroom and large 58" TV in living room. Master Bedroom has King sized bed, large closet, bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The 2nd Bedroom has Queen sized bed with closet. The 3rd Bedroom has a bunk bed (Twin over Full) and closet. Comfortably sleeps 7 guests in bedrooms and 1 on the couch. You can squeeze a few more people (up to 10 max) with small air mattresses. House comes with small balcony outside 2nd bedroom, a fire Pit and BBQ on the bottom floor. All composite wood flooring throughout entire house for easy cleanup and durability. Other things to note Entire yard is fenced and there is a gate to open manually to pull cars in to park. ***Update on the Lake. As of April 2023, Lake McQueeney has been lowered about 12 feet in order to fix the dam. This means Limited Lake activity.
