Sustainability The Old Vicarage was painstakingly renovated by its owners restoring many of the original features including an incredible staircase which winds through the centre of the property. The owners had sustainability at the forefront of their decisions to upgrade the heating and electrics including installing a Biomass pellet heating system, a Heatmiser system with smart thermostat controlling radiators, heating and hot water and insulating and draft proofing windows. The owner calculates that this has reduced electric and heating bills by 5-10 times. The owners are also looking to renovate the outbuildings and have committed around 15% of the land to rewilding. We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays. No smoking/vaping Up to 2 dogs are permitted - fee displayed in your booking summary Children of all ages are welcome No stag or hen parties
