Other things to note or The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the beach. o The apartments are located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. 💸🚫 The apartment fee does not include entrance to the Beach Club. If you wish to use this service, you can pay $199.00 + VAT per person for the entire stay (children under 1 meter tall do not count as a person). Beach Club accesses are subject to availability. o The maximum capacity of the apartments is 16 people, in addition to 2 babies. Children over 2 years old are considered to count as people. o Pets are welcome in the apartments, however, they are not allowed to access the Playa Club or the central common areas of the condominium, where the pool is located. In the common areas of the condominium, pets must always be on their leash and must be taken out to walk outside the condominium. o Currently on Tuesdays the pool is closed for maintenance, however the Club de Playa pool is open every day. o On occasion, the pool may be closed without notice for cleaning and maintenance. Normally this happens very rarely when the water gets polluted due to heavy rain or other circumstances out of the ordinary. 🚗🚖 We recommend arriving by private vehicle for added comfort . There is no Uber in Acapulco. We can provide the contact of a taxi. 🎯🚌 If you come by bus, buy your ticket to some terminal in Acapulco Diamante and not the Papagayo Terminal. 🛋️🧼 During normal use of the accommodation, it is natural for some stains to occur on furniture (armchairs and cushions), bedding (duvets, sheets and towels) and walls. These stains usually resist conventional methods of cleaning, such as washing in the washing machine or cleaning with household products. We are fully aware of this and carry out a professional cleaning periodically, in addition to repainting the walls, in order to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Despite our efforts, it is natural that with such frequent use some stains appear, even after a thorough cleaning after each guest change. However, prior to your arrival, we have carried out a full cleaning of the apartment. We care deeply about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests, so we strive to make sure the home is in optimal condition to welcome every person who visits us. Bathroom 🚿🚽 windows face towards the hallways of the building, so we recommend keeping them closed during use and opening them later for ventilation. o While we are happy to receive pets, according to Airbnb policies pets must be registered when booking, this generates an additional pet fee, please don't forget to register your pets. 😊🍼 We have travel crib available for $149+ VAT per night, subject to availability (almost always there). 💦👚Washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 5 nights only, you have to request it. 🧂☕💧We did not provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil or water at our place, as many guests did not use them and, quickly deteriorating, generated waste. To take care of the environment and reduce the use of disposable plastics, we prefer not to offer water in bottles. This practice also allows us to cut costs and offer you better prices. 🪪🚧 At the cabin they will ask for an ID and keep it during your stay for safety. 🧖‍♂️🕒 To use the Beach Club sauna, you have to warn at the reception with the details of the DEPA. If it is free, they activate it approx. 15 minutes later; if not, tap wait for availability. Max. 30 min and 6 people. 📺🚫 The rooms do not have TV.
