We are a small corner of paradise immersed in the green hills of Tuscany, where time flows at the gentle pace of our horses. Ideal accommodation for families with children. Our house was built at the end of the 1800s by some farmers, who used the spaces near the house for their breeding and cultivation; my grandparents acquired it in 1960 and with the passing of the years and the help of my father first and then the whole family, it became what it is now, and I will continue this cycle. The space 🏡The greatest service our accommodation offers is tranquility. A tranquility that can be found in the gardens, by the pool, with our animals, and also in the house itself, which offers a comfortable climate, in summer, but especially (personal opinion) in winter, on the sofa in front of the fireplace. If you enjoyed what I said and you find yourself there, my place is the one for you. 🐴The accommodation, being inside a property with an adjoining riding school, has many animals inside, such as donkeys, horses, chickens, dogs and cats, all super sociable animals, especially dogs and cats. We would like the people who choose our accommodation to do so also for the animals of our country house. 🫒The property is surrounded by olive trees, which are cared for every year to collect the olives with which we produce our precious oil. From about 100 olive trees we are able to obtain a very good oil (which will be given to you as a gift upon your arrival) and which is not on the market, but only for family use; despite this, during the harvest period, which runs from October to November, I would like to give the opportunity to anyone who wants to choose my house at that time to participate in this experience, without any kind of extra expense, just the company in giving an activity that my family has been carrying out for many years, all with the ultimate goal of experiencing "real" moments immersed in nature, going to the mill and enjoying the oil produced in front of a beautiful table set. Guest access For the arrival at my house you have two entrances available, one from a green gate surrounded by red brick columns, the gate is a bit narrow and there is a small climb; otherwise we have another road that you will find on the right at the beginning of which there is a large cypress, that entrance is wider and flat. That said, it's up to you. Other things to note Our house is located in a central area of Tuscany, which allows you to reach cities such as: Pisa (therefore also the airport), Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena in about half an hour for the first three and in about an hour for the last; at the same time if you decide to go to the beach, you could go to Livorno or Tirrenia always in 30 min or Castiglioncello in 40. Less than 10 minutes away is the village of Lari, famous for its historic artisan pasta factory, but above all for its medieval castle. Other places to visit: Monteriggioni, Val d'Orcia and Lajatico, this closer than the other two, is the home of Andrea Bocelli, therefore of the "theater of silence" a very characteristic and world-famous place.
