There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a dedicated office with a convertible twin, plus 2 full baths. The comfortable living room has a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, and whole house Wi-Fi lets you stream all your favorites. The house has both a front porch and a covered back deck with seating, a gas grill, and a serene view. Guests have access to laundry in an unfinished basement. Although the home is a single level, there are steps (4 ) to enter from the front and back. The driveway is extra-large, so feel free to bring your boat. There is nearby boating at Tygart Lake, Cheat Lake, and Pleasant Creek Recreation Area. Corn Hole and Bocce Ball are available for use on the large lawn. Guest access Guests may access the entire home. The basement is off limits except for access to the laundry and the garage should not be used.
