The space Brand new cottage! - the renovated cottage of 40 m2 consists of a main room with a sleeping area bed 160/200 overlooking the living room/ kitchen and the flowered courtyard by a large swinging window door. - The 2nd room is a very small sleeping area ( 4.3 m2 ) composed of 1 bunk bed of 3 beds of 90x200 cm (maximum weight of 90 kgs per bed) with sliding door to insulate the bed. Possibility to bring a crib umbrella into this space, you can isolate your child by closing the sliding mirror door of the main room. This very small space is to be compared to the sleeping areas of winter sports studios. (see photos) - You will have access to the whole ground floor of the property (100 m2) - The other part reserved for you is the part of the barn not renovated and unheated on the ground floor (50 m2) to store bicycles, bike carts, baby strollers, kayaks, windsurfers...you will have a superb wooden table for your summer meals away from the wind or rain with the view of the flowered part of the garden and the pretty fountain. The 2 doors can remain open and thus you enjoy more space. (large wooden door 110 cm wide) and a splendid view of the outside. This barn has a key lock. - Sunny flowered courtyard of 50 m2 with 2 spaces: garden furniture and dining table 6/8 people out of sight. Property is entirely enclosed by high original ancient stone walls and facing south. - Bedding, fixtures, and appliances are new - Green up socket to load cars - A lockbox is attached to the wall out of sight. - The 1st floor is private, not renovated , not occupied and closed by a padlock, the staircase that goes upstairs is also closed by a padlock. The rental for 5 people is accepted but only for a very short stay and during the summer for your comfort because the dining and sleeping areas are small €0.5/night if + 3 extra tenants for bed preparation - ⚠️ 7 nights minimum in July/August and Christmas - You will spend a quiet stay on the street that leads to the beach and all the essential shops: You can stay 1 week without using your car even once: (bakery, butcher, grocery and wine, fruit/vegetable merchant, restaurants, bar, doctors, nurse, pharmacy, hairdressers, beauty salons, sailing school, tennis, soccer field, basketball) - Hypermarket, swimming pool, cinema 3 minutes' drive - Casino, steam room, thalassotherapy in Luc sur mer, 3-minute drive. - Bike rental (with child seat, cargo bike) 10 minutes walk to Saint Aubin sur mer: Juno bike. - Pretty wood park 2 steps away: children's games, boulodrome. Concert kiosk in summer - Enjoy the bike paths and pedestrian trails at the gates of the house. - Parc de la baleine: skeleton of a whale stranded in Luc sur mer where the tourist office, small farm animals and children's games are located. - Airport, train and bus station in Caen 30 min drive. Car-ferry boat Ouistreham 20 minutes away.
