Single-storey vacation rental overlooking a large flower-filled courtyard The space Brand new gîte! - The renovated 40 m2 cottage consists of a main room with a 160/200 cm sleeping area overlooking the living room/kitchen and the flowered courtyard through a large tilt-and-turn window door. - The 2nd bedroom is a very small sleeping area (4.3 m2) composed of 1 bunk bed with 3 very comfortable beds of 90 x 200 cm (maximum weight of 90 kg per bed) with sliding door to isolate the bed. - Possibility to fit a baby cot in this space, you can isolate your child by closing the sliding mirror door of the main room. This tiny space is comparable to the sleeping areas of winter sports studios. (see pictures) - You will have access to the entire ground floor of the property (100 m2) - The other part reserved for you is the part of the barn that is not renovated and not heated on the ground floor (50 m2) to store bicycles, bicycle trailers, baby strollers, kayaks, windsurfing boards... you will have a beautiful wooden table for your summer meals sheltered from the wind or rain with a view of the flowery part of the garden and the pretty fountain. The 2 doors can remain open and so you enjoy more space. (large wooden door 110 cm wide) and a splendid view of the outside. This barn has a key lock. - Sunny flowered courtyard of 50 m2 with 2 spaces: garden furniture and dining table 6/8 people sheltered from the wind and eyes. The property is completely enclosed by high original ancient stone walls and faces south. - Bedding, faucets and appliances are new - Green up socket for charging cars - A lockbox is attached to the wall out of sight. - The 1st floor is private, unrenovated, unoccupied and closed with a padlock, the staircase that goes upstairs is also closed with a padlock. The rental for 5 people is accepted but only for a very short stay and during the summer for your comfort because the dining and sleeping areas are small . €10 per night if + 3 tenants extra for bed preparation - ⚠️ 7 nights minimum in July/August and 4 nights at Christmas - You will spend a quiet stay on the street that leads to the beach and all the essential shops: You can stay 1 week without using your car once: (bakery, butcher, grocery and wines, fruit/vegetable merchant, restaurants, bar, doctors, nurse, pharmacy, hairdressers, beauty salons, sailing school, tennis, soccer field, basketball) - Hypermarket, swimming pool, cinema 3 minutes by car - Casino, hammam, thalasso in Luc sur Mer, 3-minute drive. - Bike rental (with child seat, cargo bike) 10 minutes' walk to Saint Aubin sur Mer: Juno bike. - Parc du Bois Joli is a 2-step walk away: children's games, bowling alley. Concert kiosk in summer - Enjoy the bike paths and walking trails at the doors of the house. - Parc de la Baleine: skeleton of a whale washed ashore in Luc-sur-Mer where the tourist office, small farm animals and children's games are located. - Airport, train station and bus in Caen 30 min by car.
