Welcome to my cozy apartment in a family-friendly neighborhood! Soak up the sun on the private balcony or the spacious shared terrace. Just minutes away from the city center, numerous restaurants, and the main public transport hub. I've got you covered with amenities like fresh bedsheets, towels, a washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen, just to name some. If you're in need of any essentials, there's a small grocery store just around the corner. The space This one-level apartment is situated on the 3th floor offering lots of natural light. It includes 1 master bedroom with a small balcony, 1 guest room/TV area, 1 cozy and open living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The apartment also features a spacious terrace exclusively available for use by the residents of the building. The apartment has wi-fi included and you can use chromecast to watch TV using your own apps like netflix, HBO etc. The apartment is situated in peaceful surroundings, with a short distance to everything the city center has to offer. It's a 5-minute walk to "Pedersgata," where several of the city's popular restaurants and bars are located. Additionally, it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the bus station/train station, shopping opportunities in the city center, and "Vågen," which is the most popular spot to enjoy a refreshing drink with the city's best sea view. Keep in mind that this is my primary apartment, and is only available during summer while im on vacation. Unfortunately, I do not have free parking, but if you need parking, it is possible to park right next to the building for a daily fee. Download the "EasyPark" app for payment. (Parking is free between 18pm and 8am on weekdays and after 16pm on Saturdays. Sundays are always free) * For those it may concern, please note that there is no elevator in the building. Other things to note Regarding check-out, our standard time is by 13:00. However, in certain circumstances, I may be able to extend your stay.
