Steps from the Defensores del Chaco Stadium and even closer to the Nueva Olla del Club Cerro Porteño (Pablo Rojas Stadium). The Nightclub, Pub and Shopping areas are 30 minutes away. The available rooms are completely independent of each other and we provide a meeting space for business trips. Spaces in the courtyard for "Tereré" or "mate" and terraces for relaxed meetings. Guest access The access to the rooms is independent, with bathrooms adjacent to the rooms and a common kitchen/dining room. Outdoor terraces with access stairs. The laundry area can be done by hand or with a machine (this with a minimum cost of use). A barbecue and free space in the garden in the shade of a leafy Mango plant over 100 years old.
