There is a 24/7 virtual reception desk available for guests as well as free high speed Wifi and free private parking. As part of our verification process, our admin team require an image of your photo identification (Driving License or Passport) to be emailed to us on the day of your arrival. Further details of this email including the phone number and email address to send the information to will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. There is also a security deposit for your booking; this is an additional £50.00 which will be charged on the day of your arrival using the nominated card details or via a payment link sent to you and will be refunded upon checkout.
