This inviting apartment is a bright, stylish and sparsely furnished 3-room apartment of 65 square meters located on the second floor in a quiet area. There are plenty of great opportunities to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the balcony by the front door, with a seating area and lounge furniture under cover, and on the balcony, with a gas grill, extendable dining table with benches, which extends along the entire front of the apartment with a nice view out to the sea. The space LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN Here you can live comfortably with a living room and open kitchen with high ceilings and panoramic windows with a view of Norra gattet and Fårösund. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stove to make a fire in. There is room for 4-5 people around the dining table. There is a sofa, four armchairs and atmospheric lighting. BEDROOM AND BEDS There are two (2) bedrooms. ▪️▪️One is slightly larger with a double bed that is 180 centimeters wide. ▪️The other smaller bedroom has a 140 centimeters wide single bed and a small desk. It is possible to use the sofa in the living room for a simple extra bed. ▪️For an extra cost you can add sheets and towels. BATHROOM The spacious bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. OTHER AMENITIES The apartment has a TV with chromecast, wi-fi, stove with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, Nespresso machine and milk frother, washing machine and dryer. There is no microwave. The apartment is located one floor up and has two lovely balconies overlooking the sea with afternoon sun and a view of the sunset and the sea, seating and access to a gas grill. Parking is available directly next to the apartment for one car. Guest access You rent the entire apartment, which is located on the second floor. You reach the apartment by a staircase that is not accessible by wheelchair or for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⛔️This apartment is on the second floor and not accessible with wheelchair or anyone with difficulties walking up stairs ⛔️It is not adapted for small children and you must make sure not to leave children unsupervised ⛔️ Smoking is not allowed in or near the apartment. ⛔️ No pets are allowed here, so the accommodation is especially good for allergy sufferers. ☮️ This is a quiet area and those who live here appreciate the peace and quiet. 🪜The apartment is on the second floor. You reach the apartment via stairs. 💦 There is a water shortage throughout Gotland. Save water and keep your water consumption down! 🏊🏻‍♀️ To the right along the shoreline you will find our nearest swimming spot, which is the community's nice long pier. 🛏️ Sheets and towels are NOT included, but can be added for a small fee - we want to save water and the environment. Please notify me of your choice in advance! THE AREA Kronhaga Strand is a scenic area in Fårösund, where the sea is the closest neighbor. The area has its own long bathing jetty facing Fårö. It is within walking distance of ICA Bungehallen - a well-stocked grocery store, which is also a representative for Apotek and Systembolaget. In Fårösund there are several stops for local transport, restaurants and cafes, a small cinema that sometimes shows current films. It is also close to ferries to Fårö and Gotska Sandön. In addition, Bungenäs, Fårsunds färstning, Fårösunds airport and the Bunge museum are just a stone's throw away. In the vicinity is Gotlands Idrottscenter with an outdoor gym, swimming pool, gym and sports hall as well as scenic exercise tracks (including a 2.5 km floodlit track) and walking paths. There are now also four paddle courts within walking distance. Slite Golfklubb is the nearest golf course. DIRECTIONS After Bunge Museum, follow the sign Kronhaga Strand to the left, as you enter Fårösund. After the stone pillars marking the entrance to the area, turn left onto the gravel road, Radarvägen. Parking for one car is directly outside the apartment. CLEANING You are responsible for cleaning yourself. The apartment should be in the same condition as when you checked in. ✅ Vacuum and dry all surfaces thoroughly ✅ Dispose of all garbage according to instructions ✅ Empty the dishwasher, refrigerator and wash all dishes ✅ Do not leave any cushions or pillows outdoors ✅ Turn off the gas to the gas grill after each use ✅ Turn off all lights ✅ Contact the landlord if anything is broken ✅ Lock the door and remember to leave the key in the key locker outside WASTE HANDLING AND RECYCLING ❎ All waste must be sorted at source. ♻️ Recycling containers are available at a sorting station in Fårösund west of the ferry terminal near the harbor. ❎ In the garbage room outside Radarvägen 14, you can only throw away compost and household waste that cannot be sorted at source.
