Guest access Guests have private use of the entire first-floor apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen and workspace. Keyless entry provides convenient self check-in. Guests also have access to the basement laundry area and fenced outdoor space. Please note that stairs are required to reach the basement laundry. Other things to note TWO-UNIT BUILDING This apartment occupies the first floor of a two-unit residential building. Another residence is located upstairs, so guests may occasionally hear normal sounds associated with residential apartment living. PARKING There is no reserved or dedicated parking space with the apartment. Free street parking is available on surrounding streets on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
