A new deck has a rain guard letting you savor ocean views along with al fresco dining. Stay cool technology keeps the deck nice and cool even on hot summer days. The space Entertainment is at its best with a 75-inch 4k TV in the living room, a 55-inch smart TV in the master bedroom, and a smart TV in the kids' bunk room. The modern kitchen has all the tools you need to take your fresh catch and turn it into a gourmet dinner and serve it on the beautiful quartzite countertop and island counter. Take your indoor-outdoor living to the next level with the expansive new deck that includes a rain guard allowing you to spend as much time as you can savor the stunning ocean views along with al fresco dining. Guest access Guest will need to check in with the guard house to receive gate code and parking pass. Guest will receive the unit door code the first day of their stay.
