Private room, with a 135 cm double bed, a clear closet area to place your belongings and a desk. It has a smart TV. The common areas are shared with us and other guests. Animals are allowed, but they have an extra cost of 10 euros per pet per night. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area, so use the outdoor areas (terrace or patio). Don't take things or use food that isn't yours. Thank you so much. The space It is a townhouse with a bathroom, a toilet, kitchen and living room. It is an ideal house for families, with everything outside, very bright. It has a living room with a smart TV, board games, a library and toys. It has a very sunny patio with a barbecue and a small removable swimming pool in summer. Guest access You will have access to any area of the house except the rest of the rooms and the basement. The washing machine has an additional cost of €3. During your stay I like to have a close relationship and empathize if possible, although if you want to be alone and quiet there is no problem either. In the surrounding area there are walking areas by the river and paths for running or cycling. We live in Gabia Chica, about 15 minutes from Granada capital by car, about 40 minutes from the beach and another 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada. There is a bus stop near the house, where the 157 passes, every hour from Monday to Friday, and leaves you in the center of Granada capital. For weekends or holidays you have to travel to Gabia Grande, which is 2 km away, to be able to take other buses to Granada that pass every half hour. Our house is located about 7 minutes from the highway access, ideal for visiting the Science Park, Sierra Nevada, the Costa Tropical and the Alpujarra of Granada. The house does not have a garage, that is, there is no private area where you can leave any vehicle, you must park on the streets of the area. Granada is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. The Alhambra was officially declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. It is formed by the Generalife Gardens, the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba. The surroundings of the Alhambra are beautiful, full of vegetation and you do not need to buy a ticket to walk through them. The usual walk starts in Plaza Nueva and continues along the Carretera del Darro towards a cobbled and pedestrian street, which can be considered by far one of the most beautiful and charming streets in Granada; the Paseo de los Tristes. Near the Paseo de los Tristes you can enjoy an Arab bath in a Hammam that recreates the atmosphere of the Andalusian era. The Albaycin and Sacromonte are the most peculiar and characteristic neighborhoods in Granada. In 1994 this Granada neighborhood was declared a World Heritage Site. Located in the heart of the Albaicín is the Mirador de San Nicolás, next to what was one of the old mosques of the Muslim city, this is the most emblematic viewpoint in the entire city. A romantic corner par excellence that offers a complete panoramic view of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. And according to some influential people, "the most beautiful sunset in the world." We can find caves or Zambras in which flamenco performances of great tourist interest are performed. Full of bazaars and cafes reminiscent of the old Arab souks where you can have an aromatic tea, try delicious Arab pastries or smoke shisha on Calle Calderería (Calle de las Teterías) and Calle Elvira.
