A newly renovated apt perfectly located in one of the hottest spots of Nicaragua, conveniently only minutes away walking distance from San Juan del Sur Bay. Centric to almost any of the beaches, Maderas, Marsella, Nacascolo, and more. Take a 6 minute walk along the SJDS beach bay and enjoy an array of restaurants and bars along the coast. Our little apartment is relaxing and easily accessible to any activity or beach you have planned. An experience you’ll want to come back to! The space Exclusive pool area designed for a perfect refresh after some fun in the sun at the beach. Guest access 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Apt is all to yourself conveniently located on a second floor with 1 more apt. The pool is shared with the 2 apts buildings of the plaza, and you have a Pizzeria and other businesses in the modules below. A convenient space in SJDS. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy: -A maximum of 8 people is allowed in the apartment, with an additional $25 per person, per night for more than 6 guests. Condominium Rules: -Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM -Noise/Music: Please lower noise/music levels by 10:00 PM to respect neighbors. -Electricity: 20 kWh per night included. Additional usage will be charged at $1 per kWh. -Balcony: No wet clothing or unsupervised children on the balcony glass. -Pets: No pets allowed. -Parking: Assigned parking is located at the back of the building (Apartment 2A), with one additional parking available. -Pool Showers: Please rinse off excessive sand at the pool showers before entering the apartment and bathroom. Note: Additional cleaning fees of $25 will apply if excessive sand is found in the apartment or bathroom shower. -No Smoking Allowed: A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. -No Hanging Decorations: A $50 fee will be applied for any damage caused by hanging decorations. -Balcony Furniture: Please leave all balcony furniture inside the living room upon checkout to prevent damage. Thank you. Additional Information: -Electricity Outages: San Juan del Sur is a small town that can experience electricity outages, especially during the windy and rainy seasons. While this is beyond our control, the electric company typically resolves issues quickly. We have a small automatic ECO FLOW battery to help with room lights, fans, TV, and internet during outages. Please note: We DO NOT have a generator for A/C. -Drainage Care: Do not remove the drainage meshes in the kitchen. Please refrain from pouring oils or fats down the drain. If the drain becomes clogged, a $200 fee will be charged for repairs. -Toilet Usage: Please do not flush wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. This also applies to shower drainage (excess sand or anything else). -Towel Policy: A $30 charge will be applied for each beach towel that is lost or damaged. A $20 charge will be applied for each bath towel that is lost or damaged.
