Upon check in you have the option of a complimentary local tour guide upon arrival to introduce you to all activities Sosua has available. Whatever is needed can be provided. Discounted packages available. Nice cozy place for 1 or 2 people to get engulfed in the culture of Sosua. Watching the mornings come alive here is amazing. Step out front in the morning and purchase fresh fruits steps away from your door. Everything needed is within the community in walking distance. Very close knit, family orientated community with every shop or store you can imagine here in walking distance without the expensive tourist area prices. 5 minute walk to the beach 🏝️ A very busy area so again if you’re looking to be active on your stay and be in touch with the culture there is no better place! If you’re looking to relax in peace and quiet unfortunately this place wouldn’t work for you. There is free street parking that is always available. We also provide personal drivers and rental cars upon request. This property is located where the locals live away from the high tourist prices. I chose this place to be engulfed in the culture of the Dominican Republic and interact with locals when they are not working. So much more can be negotiated and relationships developed while living here. My building has several foreigners and the building next door is 100% occupied by foreigners. Feel comfortable knowing you can communicate in English with a lot of people here. This place has been a dream come true to me.
