The space The house is like a home, it has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of the bathrooms has a tub (with shower), the other bathroom has a walk inn shower. You may find some little presents when appropriate, as snacks or shampoo, that can vary upon the season and your stay duration and be different from the photos. There are king size beds in the master bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, good mattresses. There is an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi. There are 3 Tvs in the house: living room, master bedroom and second bedroom, and also a 4th TV in the Florida room-patio (with one of the other remotes). There is parking space on the driveway, it can accommodate up to 2 cars. You're WELCOME! Guest access Arrive when you like with the Lockbox access ! You open it with the code you've been given before your arrival, and enter with the key. This key only opens the upper automatic locker (not the handle). Two additional identical keys wait for you on the dining table, so everybody among the guests can be independent. Welcome! Other things to note Some precautions please: - Please, note that children and pets are under your entire responsibility, especially around and in the jacuzzi/hot tub. - shower and rinse before entering so you can benefit of a clean water for all your stay. - Chlorine treatment so rinse yourself after use. - It is recommended not to stay in over 15 minutes in hot water depending on your age and health condition. - please no babies/todlers for safety reasons, and no pets in the jacuzzi. About the house, the Florida room TV has no dedicated remote but works using some of the other remotes. You can take off the plastic protections on outside furniture when arriving.
