Unique and tranquil getaway. 750 square foot, 1 bedroom house, built in 1957. Out in the quiet side of town near Copper Mountain College, 7 min drive to Park St. Large eat in kitchen, peaceful views. Our house is fenced in but our driveway isn't. Our neighbor has some very friendly rescue dogs. The first time you arrive they will surround your car and bark and jump, don't be afraid, they are friendly. They are free roaming, and keep away the coyotes.
