Combines the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of Beaune and the wine villages. 3 minutes by car from the motorway exit (Beaune Centre). Close to bike paths & a natural swimming spot (Beaune Côté Plage) Small Leclerc store (open 8:30 am to 8pm) and gas station (24h/24h) at the exit of the village The space Very well insulated accommodation, located in a very quiet hamlet, comprising: a living room with open kitchen (fully equipped), 1 separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with separate bathroom (walk-in shower). 140 x 190 sofa bed in the living room area, with comfortable mattress topper and dividing curtain. Rattan seats and sofa to make a small additional living room space when using the sofa bed. Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, ground coffee, tea and herbal teas available. Curtains and blackout blinds on all windows. Crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath and stroller available on request. Some dishes for the little ones are also available. Guest access This accommodation has a private outdoor area (with tables, sun loungers and bench), close to a garden that you can also enjoy. Free parking at the foot of the accommodation, in a large private courtyard (Possibility to park with a large trailer). Closed bike room and laundry available, located under the accommodation. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 11 a.m., please contact me the day before to tell me the approximate time of your arrival. If you need to arrive late at night, a key box is available, the code will be sent to you automatically by Airbnb 48 hours before.
