A Health and Fitness Vacation Awaits you on the beautiful South Branch Potomac River. This destination features a spring-fed Hot Tub, Outdoor Gym, Watersports and even an optional professional massage experience. Privacy, gardens, wildlife and gorgeous views abound! We offer complimentary river tubes, kayaks, (river use is at your own risk), corn hole, ping pong, badminton, and one of the best fishing holes on the South Branch! Rest up in your well appointed 201 sq. ft. yurt! The space Property is on the South Branch Potomac River. Some of the best fishing on the South Branch for bass, catfish, crappie and bluegills right from bank. Fishing poles are available for your use. River tubes and kayaks (with life vests) are also available. Corn hole, badminton, croquet, and ping pong are all on property. There is a deck for river view dining, as well as a river view hammock for relaxing. Your own personal 2 person hot tub is right outside the yurt where you may spot herds of deer at dusk! End the day with a campfire and Smores at the fire pit! Guest access You have access to all outdoor spaces, including pavilion use. This includes river access (river use is at your own risk) with river tubes and kayaks (with life vests) for your use. Corn hole, badminton, croquet, and ping pong are all available for your enjoyment! The private enclosed outdoor shower with hot water (limited) is yours exclusively. You also have access to your own private two person hot tub! Some outdoor areas and amenities (pavilion, badminton court, corn hole, river access) may be shared with other guests. Other things to note - Two clean outdoor porta-potties (one close to yurt) for your use are on property. - Enclosed and private outdoor shower with hot water (limited) is provided for bathing. - One bottle of drinking water per guest per night is provided. - Access to river is by step, some steep. - Guests should be aware of common insects in the meadow area, especially gnats, and are advised to take personal precautions, especially in zipping up the entrance to the yurt when entering and exiting. While every effort is made to keep the yurt clean, you are staying in a natural environment, and encounters with various bugs and wildlife are possible. The yurt is located in nature and while we work hard to ensure nature stays outside, please be prepared for the possibility of nature occasionally sneaking inside. We don't refund for insects, but If you should see some during your stay, contact us immediately and we will come take care of things for you as best we can. We truly want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing!
