The Basjoo Lodge (33 m²) can accommodate 1 to 4 people. It is located in the countryside, north of the Gironde and has all the necessary comforts: living room, office area, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with sofa bed that converts to 160/200 cm, 1 bedroom of 9 m² with a queen size bed and dressing room, bathroom with toilet, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning... fenced garden, terrace and private parking. 5 min to all amenities. Access to the A10 highway in 10 minutes. Decreasing rate depending on duration. The space Basjoo Lodge was built on acacia piles in early 2023. Easily accessible from the road. Its garden, of about 500 m², has been fenced so that the spaces described are totally reserved for you. The bedding is new. The sofa bed has two 80 x 200 cm mattresses. It can therefore be used as a bed for two people in single beds or in a queen size bed. True RE 2020 insulation and its reversible heating/air conditioning ensure comfort for year-round accommodation. Other things to note We live nearby and own a plot of land, on which we are in the process of creating a micro-farm run in agroforestry. (Nursery of fruit trees, forestry and small fruit, laying hens and sheep). By car, we are located 50 minutes from Bordeaux, 50 minutes from Royan, 40 minutes from Saintes, 25 minutes from Jonzac, its Thermal Baths and its Antilles, 25 minutes from Blaye and its Citadel, 48 minutes from Talmont-Sur-Gironde, 50 minutes from Meschers-Sur-Gironde, its beaches and troglodyte houses, 55 minutes from Cognac, 1 hour from Saint-Émilion, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Côte Sauvage (ocean, beaches)... Note: Basjoo Lodge is not suitable for children under 3 years old: there is a risk of falls (raised terrace accessible by 4 steps, sofa bed located under a window) and a risk of burns (built-in oven in low furniture).
