Centrally Located Ruidoso Cabin

Our cozy cabin is yours to enjoy. At 528 square feet, it is small yet comfortable. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, small dining area and a kitchen. Huge 42x15 Redwood covered deck with furniture. This is the perfect combination of rustic and modern, giving it a "glamping-like" feel that mom will enjoy, as well as a rugged "one with nature" feel for dad. Board and card games, and movies are provided for indoor fun, and the options for outdoor fun are endless - no matter the season! The space Please keep the size in mind when booking as it may be cramped for 5 adults. However, it’s ideal for 4 adults and 1 child. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is a brief 10 minute walk down the hill to Midtown, here is where you will find shopping, restaurants and local vendors. For your morning boost, you will find coffee for the Keurig along with creamer, sugar and splenda. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/toaster/microwave and basic spices. Store your food in our refrigerator. Our kitchen is apartment size and great for basic cooking and baking. Enjoy a movie on the DVD player while relaxing on the comfy sofa bed. In the guest bedroom, you’ll find a full bed with 100% cotton sheets. On the other side of the cabin is the master bedroom. Our cabin has plenty of natural light during the day. Since we’re in the mountains, feel free to open windows and enjoy the cool natural air. The cabin offers exceptional views so open the blinds and watch the wind blow through the pine trees, The cabin is tucked away in the woods and requires 1.5 miles of travel on unpaved roads. The driveway is steep and will require a vehicle with 4-wheel drive or chains in the winter months (November - March). There is also nice wildlife watching, from the deck. The deer, elk & wild horses walk through the property. 2 Bed/1 Bath (shower). Bedrooms offer full-size and queen size beds. Each Bedroom has a closet for extra storge. Living room has a futon & provides additional room for one extra sleeper. Fullsize bathroom with stand-up shower. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cups and silverware). Coffee, tea, & hot chocolate are available. Large patio space with seating area provides privacy while the location keeps you close to all the shopping, eating and fun attractions Ruidoso has to offer. Movie time or Game night!!! We offer a full selection of dvd & board games to choose from. Guest access To access the cabin, there is a key box on the front door. You must climb down the stairs to the front door. The view from the deck is worth the steps! Other things to note Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Our favorite restaurants close by are The Cattle Baron, Cafe Rio Pizza, Casa Blanca, KBOBS, & Farley’s. Too many cute boutiques and shops to list can be found throughout mid town as well. Like to hike? We offer trail maps in the cabin. Grindstone Lake is 1 mile away and has boat and bike rentals, hiking, swimming, fishing & horseback riding.
