I rent a room with a private bathroom

Hello, I have a room available, services included in the price are: room with a double bed, desk, nightstand, cable TV, Netflix, fiber wifi, private bathroom. Breakfast included. There is the option of going down to the river to kayak, with an additional negotiable price. Being 15 minutes from Valdivia on the Santo Domingo bridge, the price includes picking you up at the terminal. The return is on your own, there are mini-buses that come to the house for $1000, they take 30 minutes from the terminal approx. (But we can arrange if I'm in Valdivia I bring you home, I work in the field). If you come from the airport, $30,000 to pick you up or drop you off. Quiet, safe and full of nature, option to go down to the river to cool off. (P.S. I live with my wife, 2-year-old baby and 3 (🐕 patio) I live in a condo.
