This beautifully renovated and extended coach house is tucked away in a quiet location in rural Suffolk. This holiday home retains a wealth of original features combined with modern appliances and stylish furnishings. Natural light floods the house. The kitchen has French doors opening out onto a large enclosed private garden with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a drink and an evening meal. A winding cast iron staircase leads up to 3 double bedrooms, a Jack and Jill shower room and a family bathroom. Ground Floor: Step into the stone tiled hall, on the left is the spacious carpeted lounge flooded with natural light from the large windows on both sides of the room, there is a piano, TV with Freesat, BT TV, BT Sport, Freeview and Eurosport via BT. Coming off the lounge there is a study with a desk / 4th bedroom with a small double sofa bed. In the hall, there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and sink Well-equipped, open-plan kitchen / diner with French doors opening onto the garden. Microwave, fridge, freezer, Rosiers range with 4 gas burners, 2 electric ovens, one fan assisted, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dedicated workspace should you need to do some work during your visit. First Floor: 3 light and airy double bedrooms Jack and Jill bathroom with shower Family bathroom with bath Leiston is a great location less than 4 miles from the popular coastal town of Aldeburgh, the unique seaside village of Thorpeness, Sizewell's long sandy beach stretching past RSPB Minsmere all the way to the quintessential town of Southwold. The town itself has lots of independent shops and eateries, Waitrose close by, a traditional cinema, a Leisure Centre with a children's pool as well as a 25m pool.
