Come enjoy time away at the river! This Arizona Oasis Resort vacation home is perfect for your next getaway! During your stay, you will have access to all the amenities in this one bedroom, one bathroom (+ loft) home, as well as all resort amenities. Guest amenities include a private riverfront beach, a heated pool and spa, boat launch, a playground, and more! The space This home is the perfect vacation getaway and can sleep up to six people! Main living area is spacious and features large windows + tons of natural light. Main floor bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and upstairs loft has a queen-size bed, as well as two twin floor mattresses. queen-size bed. There is a large kitchen with full-size appliances, a full bathroom, wifi, central AC and heating, bedding, towels, and all basic houseware essentials. Resort access includes private riverfront, access to resort boat launch, pool, hot tub, and more. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home. This resort home is detached on its own private lot. Homes are in close proximity to the beach, featuring 1000 feet of private riverfront access for resort guests. Feel free to request an early check in at noon or a late check out at 1pm for an additional $25. If we can, we are happy to extend your stay! Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest group to ensure you have a safe experience. Arizona Oasis is a secure, gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. Parking is limited. Please contact us if you plan to bring more than one vehicle, and we will do our best to accommodate additional vehicles and/or boats. :) Please note: The home has central AC; however, do not lower the AC below 72 degrees. The unit will freeze and you will be without air conditioning for up to 24 hours. No guests outside of the reservation will be allowed on the property. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if this policy is violated.
