We can't wait to share Colorado's best little mountain town with you! The space Your space is one of three private apartments in our cabin, and is separate from the two other apartments. We have NO central air conditioning in the unit, but we do have a mini split unit in the living room and in the bedroom for your heating and cooling needs. You can also open windows and enjoy the cool evening air! You will probably be able to hear the guests moving about in the other units, but we do ask that all of our guests be considerate of those who stay in the other apartments. Within your newly furnished apartment there is one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen bed and a Full size pull out couch in the living room. You will have your own propane grill to use right in front of your apartment door while you enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife of Green Mountain Falls. The space has an Amazon Firestick that includes a variety of streaming services. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. We ask that all smoking be done away from the property. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the home. Guest access Guests are provided with their own parking area where one car can park. There is a parking sign with the name of your cabin on it ("Beaver"). Please be considerate of the other guests and leave room for 2 other cars to fit in the parking area. If a second vehicle needs parking there is public parking down the hill by the lake. It is a 4 min to walk back up to the cabin. Please do not park on the street. Other things to note Pet Friendly - One well behaved dog is welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Consider the guests around you and take your pet with you if they bark/whine when you leave them. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $370 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $130
