Welcome to our pet-friendly, two-bedroom home, conveniently located just off I-80 and close to downtown Winnemucca. House is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking and a nice backyard! There are five steps leading to the front door, which has a keypad entry for flexible check-in times. The back door/mud room is shared with the separated basement. This door includes a dog door, leading to a fully fenced, shared backyard where your furry friends can play and explore safely! The space -2 private bedrooms with queen size beds -1 large sectional couch in the living room with smart tv. -1 full bathroom with hot water bathtub/shower, sink and toilet -Full size kitchen with basic amenities- sink, oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine -Private entrance with key code entry -Free street parking. Plenty of room for any vehicles + Trailers -Outdoor lounge areas -Bbq grills front or back porch -Fully fenced in front and back yards. Separated incase your dog needs a private yard -little garden in the summer time stocked with veggies for you to take. And a peach tree in the fall. Note- the backyard is shared with my other unit. There is a possibility your dog may interact with other dogs. Please let your dog use the front yard if they don't do well with other dogs. Guest access Everywhere except the basement. The backyard and front porch dining area are shared with the other unit Other things to note I am staying in the basement now with Chaka and we are very quiet. We have our own door to the basement and it is not connected to your space. The only thing we share is the mud room on your way to the backyard. Your space also has a locking door to this same mud room.
