This private bedroom and private bathroom are located inside this newly constructed home on Arch Street. The space Layout: The first floor of the home has another private room that is rented. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room and a half bathroom. Use these shared common areas as much as you need. The Warhol Room is located on the third floor, along with another private bedroom that is occupied by the home owner. Bedroom Features: -Digital door knob that gives you peace of mind when it comes to safety and privacy -Private ensuite full bathroom -Queen bed -Smart TV -Work station Guest access You have exclusive access to your private room with private bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are shared. *Since the kitchen is shared and the owners are vegetarian we would like to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. We kindly request that you limit your cooking activities to light cooking. Heavy cooking, which involves prolonged or excessive use of heat-generating appliances, is not permitted. Light cooking includes stovetop to warm up pre-cooked meals, prepare simple sandwiches, wraps, or salads, sautéing vegetables, tofu, boil eggs, prepare breakfast items like cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit. No deep-frying, grilling or barbecuing, roasting any kind of meats, fish or seafood. During your stay We are here if you need us but never intrude on your stay.
