On a resort lot in Waterside at Blue Ridge, nestled between other lots, only 10 mins to downtown Blue Ridge, you’ll have a tranquil fishing pond steps out of the front door, a mesmerizing fire pit, a creek, and shared pool and hot tub. Step into our thoughtfully designed tiny home, where every detail has been curated to provide cozy elegance with a blend of rustic charm and contemporary convenience. The location is inside an RV and Tiny Home resort so we do have close lots on either side. Just a short drive to Lake Blue Ridge, hiking trails, downtown Blue Ridge, many parks and recreational areas in the North Georgia Mountains. Living area: A snug and inviting living space furnished with leather sofa, 45” Roku smart tv, WIFI with fiber internet, dining bar, and vaulted ceiling with plentiful windows allowing abundant natural light. A cabinet full of board games families will love. Kitchen: Our full kitchen with stainless appliances allows you to unleash your culinary creativity while allowing plenty of natural light and nature. Complete with full fridge, stove, microwave, large farm sink, all your cooking essentials, keurig and coffee pot, utensils and luxurious dinnerware and glasses. Stacked washer and dryer. Master Bedroom: Cozy up in our designer queen bed with designer sheets, 45” Roku smart TV, sliding barn doors on closet, and bedside cabinets with inserted pull up outlets. Other beds: Tiny Mountain also features one loft with a full bed and twin size bunk beds. Loft: Ascend into the cozy sleeping loft, where luxurious full size bed awaits. Plush bean bag perfect for kids where they can let their imaginations run wild and free. Bathroom: The spa bathroom features full shower with designer bath products and plush towels, toilet and sink. Pet-Friendly Amenities: your four-legged friends are welcome here! The resort is super pet- friendly but your pets must be on a leash when outside. Except in the fenced dog park play area where they can run free. Outdoor Paradise: although definitely not a private or secluded lot, Venture Outside to discover the enchantment that awaits: Covered Patio: mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets await from the cozy outdoor sofa. Prop your feet and reconnect with the splendor of nature. At night, turn on the string lights and relax to the soothing nature sounds. Charcoal grill and outdoor kitchen workspace off patio. Lakeside Picnic table for up to 6 to dine outside. Fishing Pond: Delight in leisurely fishing moments by the tranquil pond, directly outside off the front porch. Reel in brim and bass from the stocked pond or simply bask in the shade of the trees in the soothing ambiance. Firepit: As twilight descends upon the mountains, gather around your lakeside private firepit to share s’mores, stories and create cherished memories under the starry skies. Pool and Hot Tub: A very short stroll from the tiny home, enjoy a heated saltwater pool (open May- September) and a 12 person babbling hot tub- the perfect rejuvenation haven after a day of exploration. Note: the hot tub is 18+ only The community streets are flat and great for bike or scooter rides. Kids will love it as well as the playground and pool area. Golf carts are allowed as well and available to rent. Public Pavillion with large screen TV, upscale public showers, open air deck overlooking pond, community firepit areas, camp store, playground, 9 hole disc golf course, basketball court, pickle ball, Gaga ball, creek for trout fishing (you do need fishing license for creek- not pond), and fenced dog park area. Parking at our tiny home for 2. Golf carts are also available for rental at resort. Waterside at Blue Ridge is a high end tiny home and rv resort complete with all the amenities. It is not private and there are lots on either side of the tiny home. Due to insurance liabilities and guidelines the following dog breeds are not permitted on the premises: Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. Loft height: 4 foot max; stairs are steeper than a traditional home and may not be suitable for very young children or those with mobility issues. Please be considerate of surrounding neighbors and observe quiet time after 11p.m.
