Parking in front of the house; during the winter, due to snow, free parking is available, which is also equipped with charging stations for electric cars. In winter, there is a free shuttle service to the ski facilities right outside the house. You will find bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties. The space In the house there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, for a total of 6 beds. The new kitchen (renovated in September 2025) is fully equipped and comes with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and induction stove. The living room has two sofas, a working pellet fireplace and a television, creating a cozy and comfortable environment. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and washing machine (renovated in 2024). In front of the house there is a private green space with deck chairs, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. Guest access Guests have the freedom to enjoy the entire apartment, the green area for exclusive use in front of the house and a parking lot. Other things to note IMPORTANT - TOURIST TAX According to the new Regional Law (number 10 of July 18, 2023) The Municipality of Valtournenche has introduced an Accommodation Tax of €2 per guest, per night for a maximum of seven days, starting on May 1, 2024. Children under 15 do not pay the tourist tax. From May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30, the tourist tax is reduced to 1 euro per person.
