Peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit on the third floor of South Harbour (sleeps 6). Large balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay. Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach and within a 5 minute walk to the main beach, pier, restaurants, bars, fishing and shopping. In a secure, gated community with free parking and right across from the beach ball. Park and don't drive 'til you leave! Amenities include: -Outdoor pool -Gym -Small private beach with access to Little Sabine Bay The space Seaside at South Harbour: Unit 3F Open-concept living space and an incredible view of Little Sabine Bay. Oversized patio with 2 lounge chairs and a tall, sturdy table with 4 chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets! Enjoy your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishware, and silverware. Basic cooking supplies are provided, including cooking oils, salt, pepper, and spices. Kitchen has a coffee pot, blender, toaster and dishwasher. All of the supplied snacks and drinks are complementary. King-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and jacuzzi-style bathtub. Second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath. That means there are 3 mattresses in this room! (2 full beds and 1 twin bed) There is a guest bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom with a shower. Both bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soap and toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) Fresh linens, towels, extra blankets and extra pillows are supplied. This is a family-friendly condo with a pack 'n play, high chair, baby monitor, kids dishware, toys, and games. Washer and dryer are available in the condo for your personal use. Laundry detergent (Tide) is supplied. The condo is supplied with beach towels, beach wagon, two beach chairs, a small rolling cooler with an ice pack in the freezer, two beach bags, sunscreen, beach umbrella, and beach toys for use during your stay. Guest access There are 2 parking gates leading into the secure parking lot. Find my name in the directory to call me and I'll buzz you in for initial entry. Once you are buzzed in through the main gate and elevator gate, you will have access to the condo with the door code messaged to you the day of arrival. There will be key fobs in the condo to use for the rest of your stay for access in and out of the parking gates and walking gates. If you need more than 2 key fobs during your stay, please let me know. Parking passes are only required on certain weekends of the year. The passes will need to be visible from your dashboard or hanging on the rearview mirror. You will have access to the full condo except for one closet in the second bedroom. You will also have access to a private beach leading to the bay, a large grassy area, an outdoor pool, and an indoor gym. The pier and Pensacola beach are a short walk across the street next to the beach ball. Other things to note No pets allowed (per HOA rules). Some owners in the building may have dogs but guests will not be allowed to bring their pets. No smoking allowed. No parties allowed. Quiet time: 10 PM - 8 AM Please read all of the house rules as they are a combination of HOA/state rules.
