Dehesa Homestead is just outside San Miguel and is an easy drive to Paso Robles and San Miguel wineries and towns. This majestic home is emersed in the middle of a working Thoroughbred farm with fabulous views from every window! In spring you can enjoy sitting on the porch watching the newborn babies frolic in the pastures. The space You can enjoy the wrap around porch with views in every direction of the farm stunning sunsets! First floor includes expansive open plan kitchen, gas fireplace and living room, master bedroom w/ Cal king bed, second bedroom with a queen daybed and full trundle, master bathroom with tub and double walk-in stall shower, half bath, formal dining room and laundry room with 2nd refrigerator. Second floor includes master bedroom with Cal king bed with full bath, walk in closet, vanity/powder room, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, third is the cowboy bedroom with two twins, and 2nd full bathroom; Also in the house: four luxury twin rollaway beds, and one twin memory foam fold out for additional sleeping arrangements. The entire house is meticulously kept. Very clean! You will feel like you are in a farmhouse will all modern amenities! Guest access Entire house and yard. Large dog run. You are encouraged to enjoy the large yard and relaxing atmosphere! Other things to note I want you to absolutely enjoy your experience here! The Homestead is also located just 1/2 mile from Twin Rivers ranch and 5 miles from Paso Robles horse park aside being in the middle of the wine trail.
