Fruit Garden by the Sea

Our family house is located in north part of Cyprus. In Turkish, the name of the village is called Yeşilırmak, in Greek Limnitis. The house and adjacent fruit garden are located in a green area in close proximity of the sea and surrounding hills. The balconies provide a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape and sea. Ideal if you are looking a calm private place, warm sea water, pristine beaches and refreshing sea air. The village is also very popular with its strawberry fields 🍓 The space It's recommended to rent a car at the airport you are arriving to make your stay more easy as the main transport in Cyprus is via car. In South part of Cyprus some rental car companies allow you to take the car to North Cyprus with special car insurance (eg. PETSAS rent a car or Cyprus Car Hire Portal) and some doesn't allow you take the car to North part of Cyprus. You can also rent a car in North with a company from airport Ercan Nicosia if you arrive there. Or from any other rental company in North Cyprus in any other places. The village in Turkish is called Yeşilırmak, in Greek Limnitis. The name of the village in Turkish, Yeşilırmak, is owed to the river flowing through the village, meaning green river. It's a family house located by the sea (approximately 3 minutes walking) with a sizable fruit garden. Many Mediterranean types of fruits such as oranges, mandarins and figs can be found in our garden. The house has balconies with sea and mountain views and a big terrace. It's fully furnished, including a washing machine and all necessary utilities for the kitchen. The village is very popular with its strawberry fields 🍓 they have special months when you can pick your own strawberries from the fields. They also produce own avocados, mangos and dragon fruits with juicy flavours. There are two restaurants by the beach where they serve great sea food and kebab. The closest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car or 10-15 minutes on foot. It's possible to rent a car from the town located next to our village (in Guzelyurt, for example). We can also arrange pick up from the airport (fee not included- payment to the driver). Regarding airports, there are 3 airports located in Cyprus. Two are located in Greek (south) part, Larnaca Airport in Larnaca and Paphos international airport in Paphos which is the most distant one. The one closest is located in the Turkish (north) part in Nicosia, Ercan Airport, which is accessible through Turkey only. We also provide normal bike rental for 1 person 🚲
