The beach is within a walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, singing fountains are within a walking distance. Panoramic view from the balcony to the sea and mountains. Other things to note A triple studio room. Designed for a maximum stay of 2 adults and 1 child. A second set of linen is provided only for reservations of 3 persons. If a guest books on the day of arrival, the room preparation time is 2 hours. No parties or smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The fine for smoking in the room is 200 €. The guest fully pays for the damage caused to the apartment during the stay. When booking 27 nights or more, the guest will be charged an additional electricity bill, which will be issued by the suppliers. The price of 1 kWh is 0.282 lari. Details are described in the Additional Rules section. Walking in shoes on upholstered furniture is prohibited. If we find shoe marks on upholstered furniture, the guest is required to buy new furniture. During your stay in the apartment you can order a paid extra cleaning, it is not included in the price. For long stays, all additional individual amenities are purchased by guests at their own expense. A couple of drawers in the room are not available to the guest. The apartment can't accommodate more people than indicated.
