Gremlins Rest, beach shack in Arcadia

Classic two-storey beach shack on Magnetic Island. Seven minutes walk to Alma Bay, great for swimming and snorkelling, and to Arcadia pub. The house backs onto a National Park and visiting wildlife includes the occasional koala. Sea glimpses from the house, and a spectacular sea view at end of the street not to be missed. Take a complete break with no wifi or tv. The island has plenty to offer including bays, beaches, stunning natural beauty, walking tracks, fishing, cafes snd restaurants. The space Welcome to a “shacky–chic” older style beach house. Best suited to families or close friends, the home’s three bedrooms, located upstairs, are interlocking. This means the rooms are not private so you will be walking through each other’s spaces to access the bathroom, located upstairs. There are no internal stairs, so access to the first level is via external and outdoor steps and stairs. The ground floor is built in, so tall people, over 6ft, need to take care. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. Keys can be found in the key keeper. The code will be issued to you on the day of checkin. Other things to note The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV, a great opportunity to unplug, unwind and relax.
