The Cottage off Main Street

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy walking to all that downtown Brevard has to offer (yoga, hiking, biking, coffee shops, bakeries, movie theater and so much more). Uniquely located in a serene setting but allows for full enjoyment of nature, music, arts, and a delicious foodie experience. Built in the 1920's, this comfy cottage was recently totally renovated and has all we expect in 2023. The space The Cottage is one of two houses that are on this property in downtown Brevard. There will be times that other guests, or the hosts, will be staying in the house next door. Being located in the walkable center of town does, at times, come with the accompanying sounds of a town center: People walking by, yard work machinery, other homeowners doing house projects and remodeling and the sounds of a vibrant restaurant as a direct neighbor. Guest access The Cottage is a separate building and has its own dedicated entrance and its own driveway / parking. Guests have access to the entire cottage, its front yard and patio. There is room for two cars in front.
