Welcome to our sunny 2BR terraced house in peaceful Harold's Cross. Relax in the bright kitchen with plenty of natural light and a fantastic gas burner stove, enjoy the quiant living room with big TV, or shut the doors and work away in a dedicated office space. A gas BBQ await you out in the garden. Our home is walking distance to everything: 5 mins to a great park, 10 into Rathmines, 20 mins to the pubs of Camden St, or 30 to the Guinness Storehouse. The space Our bright, south facing terrace house in the leafy, central Dublin neighbourhood of Harold's Cross is ready to welcome you home! This is our family home, where we live throughout the year - and we're so excited to share it with you. As regular people, and not a short term rental company, please let us know if there's anything at all we can do to help make your stay more comfortable, please just let us know! Entering our home, you're greeted by soft colours and warm accents. On the ground floor, you'll first pass by one of two bathrooms, with tub and shower. It's hard to miss, with fantastic Portuguese tiling covering the floors. Right beside the bathroom, separate washing machine and dryer are available for you to use. Turning into the main living area, on the right you have the ground floor office, the absolute perfect place to work remotely with dual monitors and ultra high speed internet (up to 500mbps download). There's also a mesh network throughout the house, so you'll never be without WiFi. The office also doubles as bedroom #1. The couch becomes a comfortable double bed, thanks in particular to an Emma memory foam mattress topper. Bi-fold doors and a pocket door close to the hallway transforms the downstairs into a secluded oasis, a living area all to yourself. Onto the living room, with a three seater sofa and a 55" Smart TV with all the streaming services you could want - Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV. There's also a Chromecast you can connect to. The kitchen is the heart of our home. A table big enough for 4 (or 6 at a squeeze) is a wonderful spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine or to spend an evening having a Guinness and a game of cards. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with appliances, with fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine (with pods of course!), kettle, gas burner stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster. You'll also find all the other equipment you could want, as well as dishware. A quick peek out the back garden before heading upstairs and there's a propane BBQ ready for you to cook up a storm. Our backyard was recently finished with deck, artificial turf, new patio furniture and outdoor food prep space. It's also south facing, so it's a gorgeous sun trap all day long. Upstairs is our favourite. A master bedroom with beautiful European King Sized bed, memory foam mattress and cozy sheets. The bathroom has also recently had upgrades, with a new rain shower installation. We love our home, and it's so exciting to be able to share it with you. We hope you have a relaxing and memorable stay! Guest access Guests have access to and sole use of the whole property, except one small upstairs storage room, throughout their whole stay. Other things to note We don't allow pets in our home, except when permitted by Airbnb policy on accessibility. No extra guests are permitted, unless booked explicitly through Airbnb. No parties of any kind. No smoking, inside or outside.
