Mirador del Barú-The Malina Room
We are in the delightful quiet village of Paso Ancho, with stunning mountain views and access to the mountain Volcán Barú. All around the house are flowers a and grass, all within a security fence. Groceries are nearby, and we have a fine little restaurant on the premises with a "gourmet fast food" menu. There are many lovely walks nearby, and we are happy to make suggestions. For extra guests an additional room, "The Nino", has a queen-size bed and we can add two more single if necessary. The space We have three separately rented bedrooms upstairs, accessed through a private entrance for Airbnb guests. "The Malina" has a double bed and a single bed, and a fine view of the mountain Volcán Barú. There is also "The Nino" available for extra guests, with a queensize and space into which we can put more single beds, with another porch. In addition, there is a lovely living room with a porch for all guests to enjoy, and a shared bathroom with hot shower. Guest access Every guest has a private bedroom and access to the living room, porch, and bathroom, and is welcome to stroll about the yard. There is a laundry area in back, with washing machine and plenty of clotheslines to dry clothes naturally in our great weather. With permission the family allows guests to use the kitchen downstairs to cook simple meals. During your stay We are always happy to answer questions (for instance about things you can see in the region, or transportation) or help with any issues. We also love to get to know visitors, but if you prefer to be quiet, that is fine too! But at any time we are more than happy to help you with anything. Other things to note A host or co-host will be glad to meet you and provide the key, and wifi sign-on and other information as needed.
