Beach Getaway

Enjoy our beachfront, ocean-view condo at A Place at the Beach I. Close to shopping, outlets, golf courses, and restaurants. Apache pier is half a mile walk on the beach for great fishing. There is also an inlet the opposite way for fishing and swimming. We are very close to Tanger Outlets, Bass Pro, Barefoot Landing, and Bimini's delicious seafood. Sadly, I have to tell you that no pets are allowed in our condo. The space We are located at A Place at the Beach I on the second floor. There is no elevator. No pets are allowed in or at our condo. Our condo has a king size bed with half of a bath in the master bedroom. There is a twin over a full in the spare bedroom. There is a trundle underneath. The couch has a queen size mattress. If you need more cushion, there is an egg crate foam that is in the master bedroom closet. We do have 5 beach chairs and 3 different size boogie boards. People have left toys, a volleyball net, and umbrellas in the pantry for others to use. There are 2 different size coolers in the pantry for you to use. There are parking passes for 2 cars. One car can be in the lot, the other car has to park across the street. There is a pool on the opposite side of the building from our condo. There are grills in the pool area and also on the other side of the building. The HOA's policy states no animals are allowed in the condos unless the owners bring their pets which have to be registered with the association. The area around our condo is a great place to walk. Whether you walk on the beach or on the streets, you will enjoy yourself. A refundable price has been included in the price. Once you leave the condo clean and the parking passes back where they belong, I will send you a $250 refundable check. Guest access You will have access to everything that isn't locked in the owner's closet or cabinets. You may use everything including all food that is left. Not everyone replenishes things when they run out, so you may have to buy things you may need while there. There is a laundry room on our floor. You will need quarters to use the machines. There is detergent in the pantry. Other things to note We love sitting on the beach until the sun goes down. We love eating on the balcony. We love walking on the beach and on the streets. Our family has always agreed that a rainy day at the beach is better than a sunny day at home. Hope you enjoy.
