During your stay, we provide the following amenities: - Six Turkish beach towels - Two beach chairs - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Paper towels - Trash bags - Dishwasher detergent - Laundry detergent - Cleaning supplies - Basic seasonings to include aslt and pepper **Caribbean Dunes HOA Rules and Regulations** *PET RESTRICTION* Only owners are allowed to have pets. Guests are not permitted to bring pets. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT* Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years old to rent and stay in our condo. *NO SMOKING COMPLEX* NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY Guest access Entire Space Other things to note Please take note of the following details: The condo features a queen bed and twin bunks. - The door access to the condo and pool gate will be sent to you via text on the morning of your arrival. - Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. - As per HOA regulations, guests must be 25 years or older to rent and stay at any Caribbean Dunes condo. - Caribbean Dunes is a no-smoking and no-vaping property. - Pets are not allowed for non-owners, as per HOA guidelines.
