Quiet hours are 10pm-6am to respect all guest. A lot of love has been poured into our apartment to make it unique, clean and well appointed. Rose is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment perfect for singles, couples or business travel. *Wifi *Washer & Dryer *Iron & Ironing Board *Smart TV’s There are three other apartments, located at The Confidant, so be respectful of the other guests and quiet hours. Please remove your shoes while inside the apartment. There is plenty of privacy, but be aware you may hear the guest from the apartment next-door. We have provided a white noise machine. Our Apartment is minutes from Downtown Duncan. Be sure to stop by and check out some of our favorite stores: Sumac, Prairie Rose, Distinctive Decor, Branded Apparel, Eclectic Echo, Think Ability Market, 3 French Hens and there’s a fun soda fountain inside R&S Drug store. If you’re in the mood for a movie the Palace Theater has a vintage vibe! As far as food goes…Rib Crib, Chuckwagon, Kyoto, Think Ability Garden Cafe, La Fiesta & Napoli’s. Duncan also has a brewery that has food trucks and entertainment … Kochendorfer Brewing Company. Viridian Coffee is a must if you enjoy coffee and they have breakfast & lunch items too. Boomerang Diner, Viridian and Jimmy’s Egg for breakfast. If you want to take a short drive to Marlow there is a great Italian restaurant called Giuseppes (only open Thursday-Saturday til 8 each night) and a pizza restaurant called DiCintios and if you need a good sandwich lunch spot for Mon-Friday it would be Big Belly Deli (closed on the weekends). During the Spring and Summer enjoy a snow cones at Summer Sno. If you have kiddos, Kiddeland is a must. Duncan has 4 lakes. Lake Humphreys is one of our personal favorites, grab a bag of deer corn and enjoy feeding the deer as you drive around the lake. Park one car in driveway and any additional cars park at the church parking lot on the Cedar Street side of the church.
