The building built in 1969 by the architect Chemetov is in the "modern-brutalist" style, very pleasant to stay in with large bright spaces. A fairly large balcony will allow you to get some air. The view is clear, facing east, with morning sun but too hot in the afternoon! the condominium is quiet with a collective green space at the bottom of the building. The neighborhood just behind the Porte de Montreuil is both popular and family-friendly. There is a study piano for musicians (to be used at appropriate times!) It is forbidden to have parties in the apartment and all residents are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for the well-being of all.
