Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is a nice home very centrally located on the Gold Coast.. Its a 2 minute drive to the M1 motorway, 2 minute drive to the local shopping village or a 5 minute drive to the larger shopping precinct in Robina.. The beach is a 15 minute drive and the hinterland rainforest trails are also a 15 minute drive inland... It is a comfortable home to stay in and can accommodate large to small family's or accommodate those here for business.. The space Resort style living home with plenty of room.. Along with the home recently being renovated, near new icey cold air conditioning installed and an almost brand new concrete pool, you can be assured that you will be kept more than cool on any warm days the local climate throws at you... out the back back the views over the pool look out to springbrook national park and surrounds... currently in the 4 bedrooms there is 3 double beds and a king bed.. the one with the king bed has the ensuite bathroom and one of the bedrooms at the front also has a baby cot.. The laundry is stocked up with washing liquid/ most things you may need to wash clothes with etc and there is an ironing board/ iron in one of the hall cupboard if need be... there is a washing line outside and also 2 portable clothes lines in the cupboard in the hall if you need... the kitchen is full of everything you would expect for a 4 bedroom home... I try to keep doubles of all bedding/ linen/ towels etc in the hallway cupboard so if you need anything extra go for it.. Outside.. the pool area is nice and there are plenty of places to chill out in around the pool & the gardens/ lawn areas.. it's a good home to stay in and if you have any questions before booking just ask... Guest access the rate is for the whole house for yourself privatley.. No one else will be residing in the home...
