Pic Saint Loup Terrace Studio

We renovated this studio adjoining our house with our own little hands to make it a cozy and decorative place. On the ground floor, your access is independent, as is the terrace area at the back of the house. Facing west, you will enjoy the sun at the end of the day. During our absences or on request, you can enjoy our swimming pool and our plancha on the other side of the house. Residential neighborhood, you park in front of the house. The space A single spacious and bright room overlooking a beautiful and large terrace. Inside, a sofa bed to unfold every night, a TV, Wi-Fi, a hob, a mini oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a bathroom with shower, a Sanibroyeur toilet, a closet to store your belongings. Guest access Enjoy the entire garden, the space under the large cedar tree, the terrace with deckchair, swimming pool and plancha when we are not there. We are away half the summer and during the day, during the week. Upon request, we can give you access to the laundry room that opens to the outside. Other things to note We moved in a little while ago and there is still some storage and some fittings to be done outside, not much but we prefer to report it.
