I am happy to welcome you in my charming 40m2 rooftop apartment for 1-2 people in the 20th district, on the 4th floor without elevator. My apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen in a bright and sunny living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. This apartment is available in Mobility Lease ONLY (monthly rent)! Metro 2 and busses are nearby and will allow you to quickly access all the iconic areas of Paris. It is therefore important to confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation. He will do an inventory of fixtures with you upon your arrival and departure (thank you to let us know when you know your departure time before 11am) Other things to note This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims at facilitating the mobility of the tenants, and in particular those brought to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), the students, the young people in training, in alternation or in training course... To do this, we ask you to provide the following documents - 1 piece of identification - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or academic) - 1 contract which will be signed and an inventory of fixtures will be made at your arrival and departure.
