Casa Theoba is a 100 sqm accommodation with refined furnishings. A mix of contemporary and vintage for a vacation in a unique setting in the area. Located in a strategic place for those who decide to stay between Lakes Maggiore, Orta and Mergozzo, Casa Theoba is bright and welcoming. Part of a semi-detached villa, it is surrounded by a large garden with plants and fruit trees. Completely renovated in 2023, the furnishings consist of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, and storage room. The space The house is surrounded by greenery, from the parking lot you can directly access the pedestrian gate. Going up the short staircase that crosses the lawn, you reach the entrance door. Opening the door, a short hallway immediately shows on the left a closet with equipment for cleaning the house, a drying rack and ironing. There is a well-stocked first aid kit. On the right is the large kitchen, purchased in 2023 and equipped with many appliances. Opposite is the living room from which you have 2 accesses to the terrace and garden. Large garden with fruit trees and aromatic plants from which you can draw. From the living room, a door stands out on the hallway that will give you access to the bathroom, bedrooms and lower floor. In the bathroom you will find a tub, shower and bidet. The master bedroom is very spacious and the wardrobe area is separate. There is a desk to work on (although I hope you don't have to work on vacation!). Access to another garden area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (French size) and a large wardrobe. On the lower floor you will find the laundry room consisting of a washing machine, sink, hand washbasin, shower and toilet. The under-stair storage can be used to conveniently store your luggage during your stay once emptied. Guest access You can access all areas of the house described. In the hallway, there is a closed door because the upper floor is an unusable attic, and in the basement, you will find some doors that cannot be opened because we do not currently make the cellar and utility rooms available (laundry room is separate). Other things to note The garden is large, raised from street level but not fenced. Pets are welcome, but medium-sized or larger dogs could jump out of the property.
