We offer 3 queen bedrooms. Bedroom 1 on first floor, bedroom 2 and 3 on second. The bunk room is on the second floor and offers 3 bunks. One twin bunk and the other two twin over full. There is also a tv and sitting area. Upstairs has a full bath with shower. The first floor has the other full bath with stackable laundry unit. There is a half bath on the lower lakeside level. We offer 1 adult double kayak, 1 youth kayak and 3 adult kayaks. Standup paddle board and splash pad. Adult and youth PFD are available for guests. Please note a PFD must be on all kayaks and paddle board when in use along with a whistle for emergency purposes. Whistles are provided. Additionally there are various floats and noodles for water relaxation along with a water table for younger children. Two gas grills are available. One Weber grill on the top deck and second Blackstone grill on lower level lakeside. Two refrigerators one in the kitchen and second in lower level lakeside with ice and water. There is a small food prep/work area with sink available in the lower level lakeside area. Fire pit along with fire wood are provided. All linens and towels, including lake towels are provided. Cards, board games, puzzles and various children's activities are here for your enjoyment. Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the areas that are locked and marked personal. This is our summer residence and we ask that you respect our home and enjoy this little slice of happiness! Contact-less check in is available. You will be emailed a code prior to check-in. We have parking for three cars Laurel Lake is a family friendly community. No large parties, no events, no illegal substances. Any violation will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refund. We ask that you be respectful to our neighbors, many of whom are full time summer and year round residents. Cell phone coverage is strongest with AT&T and spotty with Verizon. There is high speed Wifi available on the entire property. We have a septic system which runs smoothly. We request that ONLY TOLIET PAPER is flushed into the system. NO FEMININE HYGINE PRODUCTS OR WIPES of any kind. If we find the system is clogged or damaged due to improper use you will be charged for repairs. Use caution when enjoying the fire pit, swimming, fishing and outdoor amenities. There is always an inherent risk associated with these activities. Please monitor children at all times. By booking our home you are accepting any and all risks associated with you stay. A cleaning fee of $200 is charged. If it's determined that the house and grounds are left in poor condition additional charges may be added. No refunds due to weather conditions. Check out instructions: Strip all beds and place sheets inside pillow case leaving in each bedroom. Leave quilts/blankets folded on bed. Towels are to be placed in laundry baskets. If wet please leave in shower. All garbage and recycling are to be placed in garbage/recycling center outside of house. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run. Empty refrigerator of all food items with the exception of any condiments that were left for your use. Return all furniture and items both indoor and outdoor to their original location where they were found.
