You’ll also enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking. The large, fenced tropical yard is for your exclusive use and includes a heated pool, hot tub, Tiki bar with an outdoor kitchen, hot water shower, and much more—all for you to enjoy in complete privacy, with no shared spaces. We take pride in doing our own cleaning (Lisa handles the cleaning personally), so you can rest assured that your studio will be spotless and sanitized when you arrive. Inside the bedroom, you'll find two twin beds, a 32" smart TV, Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, a bistro table with two chairs, an iron and ironing board, and ample drawer and closet space. The room features a large window with blinds and a French door with blackout curtains, giving you the flexibility to enjoy natural light or keep things dark for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom leads to a spacious private bathroom with a tub/shower, a linen closet, and a ceiling fan. Connected to the bathroom is your own kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea pods, bottled water, ice, disposable plates, cutlery, and cups for hot and cold drinks. Just outside your studio door, you'll find a private sitting area with two chairs, a table, a patio umbrella, and a Tiki torch. A few steps away, the expansive yard is your own tropical retreat, featuring a heated pool with a raised hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower with a dressing area, a fire pit, and a Tiki hut with a bar, TV, stereo, and ambient lighting. The covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, sink with hot and cold water, and a mini fridge/freezer. The yard is dotted with Tiki torches, umbrellas, and various seating areas, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The space is yours alone to enjoy (the host may occasionally be around for yard work, pool cleaning, or general upkeep.) Other things to note We require reviews of prior stays in order to book. We live on the property and with many years in the hospitality profession we can make your stay with us in Wilton Manors / Ft. Lauderdale memorable. We are longtime residents of south Florida and we are just as comfortable poolside as we are fishing local waters or hiking in the Everglades, so we are able to recommend activities to fit any preference. It’s also possible to spend your entire time on the property without going anywhere else and have a great, relaxing south Florida tropical experience!
